Sacred sexuality is for those individuals and couples who wish to dive deeper into the importance of sex in their lives and relationships.  Exploring the sacredness of sex unifies what many experience as separate parts such as sexuality, love, eroticism.  By unifying sex, love and spirit, people gain access to greater health, wholeness, and life satisfaction but also elevated pleasure and deepened love connections.

 

In the search for health, well-being and completeness, success can only be achieved by integrating all parts of ourselves into a unified whole, otherwise incompleteness contributes to discontentment.  Sex is widely rejected by many due to its pervasive association with dirtiness, shame and sinfulness.  Once embraced, sex becomes a doorway to the deeper mysteries of life, allowing our limitations to be healed, and our relationships to be pathways to our satisfaction and happiness, instead of the source of friction and conflict.

Tantra Yoga is an ancient tradition of spirituality, which through a set of practices, is designed to increase the intimacy between the practitioner and the deeper nature of life.  Similarly, Taoism (pronounced "dow-ism") is also such an ancient tradition of spirituality which emphasizes balance and harmony with nature.  Both these methods of exploring the essence of our lives, embrace sexuality as a vital and healthy part of being human, but also as a means by which to access the energy that fills our bodies and allows us to live.  By exploring how our life energy works and is expressed through our sexuality, both Tantra and Taoism provide us a method to refine this energy so as to transform ourselves into people with much greater capacity to love and appreciate life.
